This is a weekly interactive meditation course that is designed to let you gently and peacefully connect to a personal meditation practice. This program allows you to develop the "fundamental ground" for a personal practice that is progressive in its success.
This program is based on a total of 8 practice activities that span a practice session of 1 or more weeks for each assignment. Each week you will have a meditation objective and then an interactive question and answer that helps you to discover and internalize the core objective of each weeks assignment. Once you have fully grasped the objective, which can span multiple weeks, a new assignment will then be opened for you culminating in a total of 8 practice experiences.
This fundamentals of meditation course includes:
- Proper posture for standing and sitting
- Progressive practice structure to ensure success and continuity of practice
- Multiple progressive "focus" meditations to fully develop peaceful sitting and calm abiding
- Interactive Q&A for each assignment to guide you to the core assignment objective
