Ready to reconnect to Heaven and Earth?
Follow along with this simple Qigong exercise called “Pulling Down Heavens Qigong”.

 

Directions for breath and mind:

 

1.  Breathe in on the upward arm movement allowing your golden awareness to flow up from the earth through your feet, legs, hips, torso, shoulders and arms.
2.  From the top, exhaling allowing the arms relax back downward, a silver light from heaven flowing down the arms into the torso, hips, legs and finally the feet.
3.  At the very end seal the energy into the torso linking heaven and earth with your heart center.
