It’s also beneficial for balancing your Blood pH, maintaining healthy eyes and supporting the immune system. Spring season relates to the Wood Element which also rules over the Liver organ, and eyes. This recipe is perfect to help lighten up the body (detox) after the Winter season which is typically associated with fattier foods.

Recipe

5-6 dandelion leaves

3-4 red lettuce leaves

1 mango

1/2 lemon

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepperĀ
