We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an in-depth experience with the Three Treasures (San Bao). The Three Treasures represent a complex interaction of energies encompassing Earth, Humans and Heaven. They represent the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Daoism, Chinese Martial Arts, and Internal arts such as Taichi, qigong, and neigong. Within this study we will also cover Five Element theory.
Shen = Mind, Spirit
Qi = Breath, energy
Jing = Body, substance

In these classes, you will be guided through theory and exercises (physical, energetic or mental) to fully experience what each treasure represents.
Jing 精 is commonly translated as Body or Physical substance. But as one of three components of San Bao (Three Treasures), Shen encompasses much more! This class is designed to help you understand the substance of body and how it relates to being the foundation of all creation. Jing flows like molasses but can “be” dense as Earth. Discover how your ancestry partially determines your destiny.
Qi 氣 is commonly translated as Breath or Energy. It is probably the most well known of the San Bao (Three Treasures)! This class is designed to help you understand the energetic matrix or pathways within the body and how the flow of breath and energy connect us to the greater cosmos. Qi is the life-force that makes living things animated, but it is also the “energetic imprint” that makes something inherently what it is. Qi flows like water in the human body. Learn how to use intention to mold and imprint energy with color and sound. Play with the magic of “Elixir Fields”, meridians, and breath.
Shen 神 is commonly translated as Spirit or Mind. But as one of three components of San Bao (Three Treasures), Shen encompasses much more! This class is designed to help you understand the interaction of the mind, spirit and soul with the highest vibrations of the Universe. It is a glittering inspiration of quantum particles that act like Light. Join us for two days of immersion into the dancing world of quantum mechanics, visualization and prayer.
These classes are open to the general public. They are mandatory for all certification students.
